B / C / E / U-Frame range

Milk-run supply: multi-point pick-up and delivery on a loop with fixed times and stops – lower material handling cost.

E-Frame HV / EV

Mechanical linkage limit, fast hydraulic or clean electric lifting, automatic and manual modes, AGV-ready.

B-Frame

Compact solid frame, automatic locking and foot release, dolly loads from both sides in any direction.

C-Frame HV

Heavy lifting trailer with adjustable fork width and count and same-trajectory turning – also outdoors.

E-Frame Touchless Delivery

Automatic touchless load transfer to the line through powered rollers — the driver stays on board. Compatible with any tractor. In cooperation we can also supply an AMR tow tractor (train), so the complete E-Frame Touchless Delivery needs no operator: the vehicle can be driven by an operator or run fully autonomously — supplied as a complete package.

U-Frame EV

Robust frame loaded from both sides, smart control and AGV port. The blue dolly chassis slides into the frame, locks in and the frame lifts it for travel. Optional waterproof canopy version.

Combined trains & dollies

Mix frame types in one train (HV and EV), with standard, special or custom dollies. Tractors shown are not supplied by PIVOT.

Milk-run line feeding in logistics and production halls. Our videos show actual deployments.

Flexible E-Frame

Mixed E-Frames, lifting and approx. 12–16 chassis types – from EUR pallets to tipping carts. Steered-axle trailers follow for additional loads. One train, many configurations.

Heavy-duty AGV · 20 t

Special chassis for safe handling of heavy pressing and injection molds. The replacement battery is stored in a flip-open compartment of the chassis, so a swap takes minutes without lifting the vehicle. Light and sound signalling warns the surroundings during every move. Manual radio remote control and fully autonomous AGV operation.

Platform & covered trailers

Open heavy-duty platforms, container transport and covered canopy or body trailers. Tractors shown are not supplied by PIVOT.

JIT/JIS containers

Custom JIS racks and containers for sequenced delivery of bumpers, doors, seats or dashboards straight to the line. Shaped dunnage protects painted parts, numbered positions keep the sequence and picking is ergonomic – moved by tugger, forklift or AGV.

Transport pallets

Custom pallets, racks and stillages for safe part transport – with textile inserts protecting surfaces and covers in PVC tarpaulin or textile. Customers choose colour and material from our fabric sample book.

Roller conveyors

Gravity, powered and push-back roller tracks for FIFO and LIFO supply, pallets or KLT. Push-back: loads go in from the front and push the others back – more positions per lane without an aisle.

Overhead tracks

Custom transport and overhead tracks for automotive parts. Complete supply with electrical cabinet and programming, integrated with conveyors and AGVs. Including Power & Free for paint shops.

Hanging garment warehouse

Garments on hangers across three floors. Chain conveyor, automatic transfers and retrieval via customer WMS.

Automated conveyors

Turnkey pallet and container conveyor lines – including accessories: pallet stackers and destackers, turntables, transfers, wrappers, volumetric gates and scales to measure and weigh goods right on the line.

Automated fulfilment with AutoStore

Conveyor system with AutoStore, packing of boxes in various sizes, garment folding, labeling and automatic carrier-based sorting. Customer WMS and complete turnkey supply.

Robotic boiler packing

The PQ221 robotic line connects lower-boiler infeed, centering, assembly-cart docking and finished-product packing with a height transfer to AGV dispatch.

Hanging hooks

Custom hanging hooks and carriers for overhead conveyor tracks – Power & Free, gravity and continuous conveyors. Part holding is designed around its shape and weight, for paint shops, assembly, part buffers and transfer between workstations.

AGV projects

Complete steel structures, AGV supply and integration with WMS and other systems. Fully autonomous pickup from both sides, buffering controlled by optical sensors, touchless transfer and custom karakuri.
