E-Frame Touchless Delivery: touchless material transfer to the line
The driver stays on board, the station needs no power supply of its own, and with an AMR tow train the whole system can run without an operator.
How the transfer works
The E-Frame docks at the station, sensors check correct stopping and powered rollers exchange the load automatically. Delivery and collection order and start conditions are programmed for the material flow, while status lights show readiness and exchange progress.
Station without anchoring or cabinet
The freestanding station needs no standalone cabinet or permanent power – it receives contact power from the E-Frame only while docked. Without anchoring it can be relocated as production changes, and it is also available in a two-level version.
Operator-free with AMR
In cooperation we supply an AMR tow train that moves E-Frames between stations and lines fully autonomously or with an operator. Delivery is complete: vehicle, controls and integration with stations and line.
